Dominican National Charged With Human Smuggling

A 57-year-old Dominican national has been charged with smuggling of persons, and participating in an organized crime group.

Crawford Sabaroche was the captain of the vessel that was intercepted on January 30th with Haitian nationals consisting of men, women and children on board.
