Government of Montserrat Wins Civil Case Against The Burkes Over Losses From Ferry Contract

The government of Montserrat has won an Eastern Caribbean Court civil judgment in its case versus Bertrand and Jennifer Burke appearing as “Jenny Tours.”

The claimant, in this case, the Government of Montserrat, was authorized to commence civil proceedings.
