Lookout Nursery School Holds Health Themed Walk and Exhibition
The Lookout Nursery School held a Health Day last Thursday.
The students from the Nursery School along with students from other early childhood centers on Montserrat participated in a walk Thursday morning. The walk was followed by an exhibition at the Little Bay Multi-purpose Sports Complex with various health stalls. The exhibition also showcased the student’s work over the academic year.
Principal of the school Eurlin Jeffers said the theme “health” was being explored by the children throughout the school year. Speaking to ZJB news, she discussed the activities the students engaged in to promote healthy living.
Mrs Jeffers also discussed last Thursday’s event, noting the different health stalls as well as the importance of teaching children about healthy living.
Students from other early childhood centers around Montserrat as well as parents and guardians also attended the exhibition .
